Greetings. I’m Rachael Bird, and I’m a virtual assistant helping small businesses save time and money by offering a variety of data entry, clerical, organizational, and scheduling services to make sure they’re as efficient as they could be!

I offer my services in the form of answering emails, transcribing documents, preparing statements and letters, organizing files, coordinating schedules and calendars, making travel arrangements, and generally taking charge of administrative tasks to help a client focus more on their bussiness.

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar (including scheduling meetings)
  • Book travel and accommodations
  • Create presentations and write official, company-wide correspondence
  • Track CEO’s spending and prepare expense reports
  • Manage weekly content and posts on company’s social media accounts.

Because I am not with on worksite with you each day, it’s important to communicate whether you require me to be available during specific hours. Please keep in mind I am located in Belgium, so stating your preferred working hours in your time zone will help filter meet your requirements and help me that translate my working schedule into early mornings or late nights in my time zone.

 

  • I have strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
  • I also have experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
  • Iam proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly or Google Calendar)
  • Have excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
  • and exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
  • I can advice on your social media content or manage it and managing content and posts on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

I am a resourceful and diligent virtual assistant and I am aso good at data entry, web research, MS office, product reviews & copywriting, graphic design, calendar management, email marketing & management, task management, Ebooks, and proofreading. I love what I do and managing tasks is my full-time job. I am also available to my direct clients and as a freelancer too. I am affordable with good quality work and also well versed with virtual work tools.
