I have spent almost 10 years in hospitality industry. I have been working in London in hotel for 4.5 years as a waiter, bartender and supervisor. I have gained an amazing experience thru those years.  After I found for myself more challenging opportunity to improve in hospitality and joined one of the biggest companies in the world – Disney. I have joined Disney Cruise Line vessel – Disney Wonder and worked there for almost 10 years. Have started my career as assistant waiter, then got promoted to waiter position after what was promoted to Service Excellence Coach while still serving the guests and training other team members. Due to pandemic I am up for new challenge and trying to start new life style and looking for opportunity to learn and improve my skills at online services.

I have a diverse and wide-ranging skill which includes problem solving, being a great team player, being able to communicate to others from different cultures and backgrounds and gaining motivation through exposure to complex tasks. Due to my natural adding-value-approach I have a strong eye finding new opportunities and constantly able to bring value to my customers and the company.

In addition, I am a hard-working and adaptable individual with a natural entrepreneurial mindset which I love to bring to the table for win-win scenarios.
